Region of Peel has started taking application from the eligible applicants under Home in Peel Affordable Ownership Program. The main feature of the program is as follows:

  • The Applicants total gross household income of $80,000 or less.
  • The maximum house price for program participants in the Region of Peel is $280,000.
  • The Down Payment Assistance will be $15,000.
  • Mortgage pre-approval required to apply under this program.

This program is suitable for qualified purchasers who do not have a down payment. This program is on a  first-come, first-serve basis.
